McCoy Mrubata is one of South Africa’s most celebrated jazz musicians, with over four decades of shaping the country’s sound. A master saxophonist, flautist and composer, his soulful style draws from African rhythms, township music and traditional sounds.

He has performed with legends including Hugh Masekela, Lucky Dube and Wynton Marsalis, and received the 2022 SAMA Lifetime Achievement Award. Experience his rich melodies and powerful improvisation in an intimate evening at Hugh’s.

    Her career includes collaborations with Wynton Marsalis, Hugh Masekela, Kurt Elling, Bobby McFerrin and Christian McBride. Her latest album, Seven, won Best Adult Contemporary Album at the 2025 South African Music Awards.
